not enough seating: the sofa in the junior king suite was shabby...pillows didnt match the base...not befitting a double tree!!

The hotel surprised me with its clean rooms and friendly staff. The check-in was a bit disorganized, and I noticed some wear in common areas. Despite this, the comfort of the bed and proximity to local attractions made it a pleasant experience overall.

Booked.net is easy to use and when we chose the hotel, it was solid, GREAT staff and no one could have been nicer-too bad it rained

The bathroom at the property is somewhat plain with no upgrades

When we left we found that they had comped the room which I must say was more than fair. It was also claimed that they had not been told about the loss of power until late in the evening.

They are widening the road in front which created all kinds of traffic, entering and leaving problems. They neglected to tell us that the water would be turned off at 11-3AM which is of course was when I wanted a bath and of course no toilet. They did send us several bottles of water which did not help the bathing or flushing situation.

The bed very comfortable.

Did not like having to step up to get in the shower.

It was in a good location.

Room was across from elevator which made it very loud. Difficult to get a good nights sleep because of the noise.

They charged my card after I paid cash upon checkout

That was absolutely great hotel set in pretty nice area, next to restaurants. Got king room with a double bed when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. Overall my stay was decent and will be back.

The staff were genuinely attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed.

More seating in lobby for seniors would help.
